TriStarEmb agrees to provide embroidery digitizing, vector artwork, image editing, virtual samples, logo design, marketing materials design, order management and/or digital archiving services to the customers during the term of this agreement as ordered by and delivered to the customer through our online portal. You may choose to submit orders online through our portal or through other methods that may be made available to you from time to time. Any such submission made through our online portal or any other means constitutes a valid and binding order. The customer will be billed as per the published price list on our website. Tristaremb reserves the right to change its price index without any prior notice.

TriStarEmb will generate and send an invoice to a customer only when the order has been completed and delivered. Orders will be billed as per the quoted price (or as mentioned on the website). Special pricing or promotions may be given for high volume orders. Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED & USD will be accepted for payment. The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency. The Company will be responsible to send the final price draft once the order has been delivered. All orders will be billed according to the quoted prices and if not then as per the price fixed by the sales manager after negotiation before the order was placed.

TriStarEmb may authorize your credit card for $1 for validation purposes on the customer's first purchase. The authorization is not a charge invoiced by TriStarEmb and will be removed from your bill statement within one billing cycle. Periodically, Tristaremb may or may not resubmit your card for the $1 authorization to validate that the credit card is still valid. The $1 authorization will be removed from your statement within one billing cycle. Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and https://tristaremb.com/ policies and rules.

User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her account credentials including username and password. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility. Customers using the website who are minors (under the age of 18) shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website. We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

TriStarEmb provides exclusively digital goods and services (including embroidery digitizing files, vector art, and custom patch design files). All completed orders are delivered electronically — either via email to the address registered on your account, or uploaded directly to your account on the TriStarEmb online portal. No physical shipment or courier is involved. Digital file delivery is typically completed within the turnaround times published on our website. Standard turnaround times are as follows:

• Digitizing orders: 4 to 6 hours
• Vector art orders: 6 to 8 hours
• Rush/urgent orders: 4 to 8 hours (no additional cost)
• Revisions and modifications: 2 to 6 hours

Orders received before 4:00 PM Central Time will be processed and delivered by the following morning. There are no delivery fees — digital delivery is always free of charge to all customers worldwide.

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt. The confirmation email will include the transaction reference number and the amount paid. Please retain this confirmation for your records.

We go to great lengths to ensure best quality service and products to ensure customer satisfaction. TriStarEmb offers an unconditional 7-day money back guarantee if the customer is not satisfied with our product or service. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order reference number.

A customer may cancel their order within 12 hours of the actual time of order placement, provided that work has not yet commenced on the order. Once 12 hours have passed or work has begun, the order cannot be cancelled. For cancellations made within the eligible window, refunds will be made back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

As all products delivered by TriStarEmb are digital files, returns of physical goods are not applicable. If a delivered digital file does not meet the agreed specifications or is defective, the customer must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will endeavour to correct the file at no additional cost or, if resolution is not possible, issue a full refund through the original mode of payment. Refunds are processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. We reserve the right to assess each case individually before authorising a refund or rework.

TriStarEmb charges $2 per 1,000 stitches over 10,000 stitches with a minimum price of $15 and a maximum price of $100. Discounts may be offered for certain bulk orders. Vector art prices range from $15 to $75 based on the type and complexity of the artwork. All prices displayed on the website and checkout page are final. The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt.

Periodically, TriStarEmb may provide the customer with certain forms, templates, models and support guides to help you with marketing, selling and ordering our services or in turn support their customers. TriStarEmb retains all rights of ownership of these tools (in both their original and any modified format). The use of these tools is granted to you by Tristaremb in a non-exclusive, non-transferable license. The customer should not use these tools in any way associated with products or services sold by any other outsourced graphic design or advertising and marketing production service. The customer agrees to return all licensed tools upon termination of this agreement.

TriStarEmb will strive to provide fast and accurate deliveries of orders to customers. However, the final responsibility shall lie with the customer/buyer and TriStarEmb shall not be held responsible for any problem, damage or resulting issue arising out of delay and inaccuracy.

All material on this website (including information, text, blogs, design, artworks, appearance and photographs) are owned and/or licensed by TriStarEmb. Reproduction of any of the material (in parts or in its entirety) is strictly prohibited.
